Rose Room Restaurant Sold the Most Mixed Alcohol Beverage in the Domain Area.

AUSTIN, TX - Over the last five years, The Rose Room sold the most alcoholic beverages in the Domain area, receiving more than $21.7 million in revenue, with 81% of its sales coming from liquor sales. The majority of the sales in the Domain area came from liquor sales due to its consistent sales throughout the year.

The Rose Room sold the most alcoholic beverages in the Domain area, with over $21.7 million in revenue. Followed by Corner West 3 with over $20 million in revenue, Domain Sports bar with over $12.4 million, Lamar South Sportsbar with over $11.8 million, and Jack & Ginger Rock Rose with over $10.5 million.

Between the top-selling alcoholic beverage companies, Lamar South Sportsbar and Jack & Ginger Rock Rose have the most consistent breakdown between the different alcoholic beverage types. Lamar South Sportsbar received 49.4% of its total alcoholic sales from liquor sales, 37.9% revenue from beer sales and 12.7% of total sales from wine sales.

Over the last five years, The Rose Room Restaurant sold the most liquor in the Domain area, with over $17 million worth of liquor sales. Followed by Corner West 3 with over $13.8 million, Domain Sportsbar with over $7.5 million, Gavioliv Enterprise with over $6 million, and Lamar South Sportsbar with over $5.8 million.

Many top-selling companies received most of their profits from liquor sales, including Rose Room Restaurant, Corner West 3, and Domain Sportsbar. Rose Room Restaurant’s liquor sale makes 81.4% of its total alcoholic beverage sales. Meanwhile, Corner West 3’s liquor sale makes 68.9% of its total alcoholic beverage sales and Domain Sportsbar’s liquor sale makes 60.3% of its total alcoholic beverage sales.

According to Andy Kahn, bartender at the Mockingbird Saloon and manager at the Hole in the Wall, heavy liquor tends to sell consistently throughout the year.

“Darker beers, heavier liquor drinks [are] pretty consistent with vodka and whiskey,” Kahn said.

Followed by Lamar South Sportsbar with $1.5 million, Gaviolic Enterprises with over $1 million, Rockrose Restaurant with sales worth $898,424.00, and Rose Room Restaurant with $897,007.00.
